Description

You will create and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations for government property management. You'll lead a high-performing team, develop metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive continuous improvement to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent
• 12+ years experience in material management or supply chain in complex engineering/manufacturing companies
• 3+ years managing supervisors, associates, or technicians
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. TS clearance
• Ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA for onsite work

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement material management strategies complying with FAR/DFARS
• Implement end-to-end material management measures (FIFO, cycle counting, audits) to ensure inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align material availability with production schedules
• Analyze material usage trends and implement lean practices to optimize handling, storage, and distribution
• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
