💼 About This Role

You'll join Pearce Renewables' O&M division to perform operations and maintenance on commercial and industrial solar energy projects. You'll ensure reliability of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) through troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. This role offers a family-friendly culture with growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on BESS equipment
• Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) of equipment as authorized person
• Conduct daily safety and task planning discussions including JHAs
• Interact professionally with vendors and customers

📋 Requirements

• 1-4+ years of electrical proficiency relating to electrical systems
• Valid driver's license for at least one year
• Excellent written and verbal skills for EHS requirements
• Ability to comply with OSHA Standards

✨ Nice to Have

• 1-4+ years of renewable energy experience
• Post-secondary education
• Electrical certifications: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, NFPA70E
