Description

You will lead the design, coordination, and execution of technician training programs at our Ohio Arsenal site. This role bridges strategy and execution, partnering with production, quality, and safety teams to build skill and capability across the workforce.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Learning & Development or Technical Training
• People leadership experience
• Proven ability to design, manage, and deliver training programs
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment strongly preferred
• Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs with manufacturing, quality, and operations leaders
• Design and develop technician and leadership training content
• Manage training project plans end-to-end
• Deliver and facilitate training programs
• Lead and develop the technical training team
