💼 About This Role

You'll own the demand signal that drives every operational decision at HelloFresh, from food procurement to staffing and logistics. You'll bridge the gap between legacy processes and a unified, automated, data-driven global forecasting function. This hybrid role blends data engineering, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration for millions of meals across Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and transform demand data
• Develop and refine forecasting models in Python using statistical and ML techniques
• Build dashboards in Tableau or Power BI for stakeholder self-service
• Generate and validate daily and weekly demand plans for European markets

📋 Requirements

• SQL fluency with complex queries, joins, window functions, and CTEs
• Python working knowledge for data manipulation and forecasting
• 4+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics
• Strong grasp of forecasting bias, MAPE, and trend decomposition

✨ Nice to Have

• E-commerce or perishable goods experience
• Experience with Databricks, BigQuery, or Snowflake
• Experience forecasting with limited historical data
