You'll own and expand a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, positioning Toptal as a core services provider. You'll drive sustained portfolio growth of $15M+ annually and build senior executive relationships across critical client initiatives. This fully remote role offers the chance to scale accounts into long-term partnerships.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and expand a portfolio of strategic CPS accounts.
- Build and sustain senior executive relationships.
- Define and execute account strategy and growth planning.
- Lead solution development and deal execution.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience engaging C-level executives in Consumer Products and Services.
- Proven track record selling large, complex managed technology projects to enterprise clients with $2B+ annual revenue.
- Experience negotiating complex service agreements with procurement and legal.

- Director or Client Service Partner role at a top consulting firm.
- Experience selling Consulting or Managed Service solutions.
