Description

You will lead change management, continuous improvement, and process automation within the HR Shared Service Center. Your role involves establishing quality assurance frameworks, developing training curricula, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize HR processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in HR Shared Services Center
• Experience in change and/or project management
• Preferably Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt certification
• Proficiency in lean methodologies and automation solutions like RPA and chatbots
• Strong project management and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement quality assurance frameworks for HR SSC
• Champion lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes
• Develop and implement change management frameworks and training curricula
• Identify process automation opportunities and contribute to automation roadmap
• Communicate change initiatives and quality standards to stakeholders
