Description

You will be a key part of Stripe's global money movement team, ensuring the reliability and stability of financial partner integrations. You'll handle technical inquiries, coordinate complex projects, and build systems to detect anomalies and guarantee data correctness across billions of dollars in transactions.

Requirements

• 6+ years in technical or user-facing technical roles (e.g., Technical Operations, Solutions Engineering)
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of global payment technologies and ecosystems
• Ability to write high-quality scalable code
• Experience managing communications and workflows with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Become a domain expert in Stripe's payments stack
• Handle inquiries from internal and external partner teams requiring investigation and code changes
• Engage with financial partners to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
• Organize and direct complex technical changes and projects between Stripe and partners
• Automate manual processes through code changes and design anomaly detection systems
