Description

In this role, you will own analytics projects from problem definition to executive communication, design scalable dashboards, build predictive models, and drive strategic decisions across Commercial, Operations, Product, and Tech at Parloa.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or strategy analytics
• Strong SQL skills; Python or R is a plus
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar dashboarding tools
• Experience supporting FP&A workflows and financial data structures

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics projects from problem definition to insight generation
• Define KPIs and reporting frameworks with cross-functional leaders
• Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions
• Build forecasting and predictive models for planning and resource allocation
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies
