You'll handle service tickets, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, prepare vacant apartments, and maintain building grounds. Your work ensures residents have a safe, comfortable home.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or education in trades
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Reliable personal transportation
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs
• Preserve building and community through general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Respond to after-hour emergencies and participate in on-call rotation
