💼 About This Role

You'll own the full-cycle hiring lifecycle for roles across business functions, using an AI-first approach to source, screen, and close top talent. You'll partner with hiring managers to improve processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This contract role is ideally based in Golden, CO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring lifecycle for assigned roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring capability.
• Build diverse talent pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.
• Use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a SaaS/AI startup.
• Experience sourcing across Tech, GTM, and G&A functions.
• Leveraging AI to automate parts of the hiring process.
• Previous experience recruiting in the space or aerospace industry.

✨ Nice to Have

• Global hiring experience (Europe, Asia).
• Proficient in Greenhouse ATS.
