Description

As a Sales & Service Manager at ALO, you will lead the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales. You'll oversee sales floor execution, coach team members on guest connection and product knowledge, and partner with the General Manager to implement sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with General Manager to escalate process gaps
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experience through feedback and coaching
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Partner with General Manager to build and implement Sales Service strategy
