💼 About This Role

You'll lead a payments operations team and drive payment strategy for a global platform. You'll oversee the transaction lifecycle, optimize routing and fraud prevention, and collaborate with Product and Tech teams. This role offers remote work and leadership impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Ops Specialists and Risk Prevention Managers.
• Own billing performance indicators including approval rates and chargeback ratios.
• Oversee payment infrastructure optimization like routing and cascading strategies.
• Serve as primary escalation point for payment providers and negotiate terms.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in online payments (Risk Prevention or Ops).
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a payment role.
• Advanced understanding of payment funnels including SCA and PayPal.
• Expertise in fraud prevention techniques and chargeback management.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Tableau for dashboards.
• Experience in subscriptions industry.
• Familiarity with technical logs and API documentation.
