Description
You will build and lead the People function for a hyper-growth AI-native transportation company. You'll set strategic direction, handle complex employee relations, and create scalable HR operations, risk management, and leadership enablement programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience
- Strong depth in employee relations, compliance, HR operations, performance management
- Experience with HRIS systems and related technology
- Experience building or improving a People function in a growing company
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on level; strong judgment in employee relations and people risk
Responsibilities
- Build the People function: structure, processes, and standards for scaling
- Improve systems for employee relations, HR operations, performance management, leadership enablement, people analytics
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs are practical, competitive, and scalable
- Build repeatable processes for leaders to set expectations, give feedback, address issues early
- Partner with executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and key people decisions
