You'll drive customer success for a portfolio of K-12 school safety software clients. You'll ensure high adoption, retention, and satisfaction through proactive engagement. This remote role offers flexible PTO and the chance to work with the gold standard in school safety.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as first point of contact for named customer accounts
- Monitor client utilization and drive product adoption
- Manage customer expectations and implement action plans
- Build relationships with key influencers to increase satisfaction
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Success Manager experience in a SaaS company
- Outstanding relationship and rapport building abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
✨ Nice to Have
- Salesforce and Gainsight experience
- Experience in EdTech or school safety
