You'll lead design for core product initiatives at GovDash, an AI platform helping businesses win government contracts. You'll work directly with the CEO and engineering to create simple, cohesive workflows and shape the product's design culture. Your work will directly impact mission-critical customers awarding $5B+ in contracts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design for capture, proposal, and contract cloud initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering on scope, user flows, and UX patterns
• Build and maintain a scalable design system
• Conduct user research to validate assumptions and refine solutions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years designing B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products
• Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and systems design
• Proficient in Figma and collaborating closely with engineers
• Bias toward action and clarity
