💼 About This Role

You'll design and maintain the core data architecture and analytics infrastructure for a fast-scaling, remote-first organization. You'll own the data stack using BigQuery, dbt, and Fivetran, enabling self-serve insights across GTM, Marketing, Finance, and BizApps. This role lets you drive data reliability and scalability in a highly collaborative, open-source driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, maintain, and evolve core data architecture and analytics infrastructure.
• Own data stack pipelines using BigQuery, dbt, and Fivetran.
• Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, Finance, and BizApps stakeholders.
• Develop data testing frameworks and ensure data quality.
• Define best practices for documentation, version control, and data governance.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data modeling and analytics engineering.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and modern ELT/ETL workflows.
• Strong understanding of cloud data environments such as AWS or GCP.
• Proven ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
