💼 About This Role

You'll prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork at Carvana's reconditioning center. You'll perform block sanding, buffing, and touch-up repairs to ensure each car meets quality standards. This entry-level role offers training and career growth in a fast-paced team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform sanding, buffing, masking, and tear down.
• Complete touch-up, airbrush, and headlight repairs.
• Communicate with the Cosmetic team on vehicle needs.
• Maintain clean workspace and follow safety procedures.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of Paint and Body experience or collision repair education.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.

• iCAR certifications.
• Experience in autobody or lean manufacturing.
• Experience prepping vehicles for paint.
