You'll join a core technology team for HomeToGo, the world's largest vacation rental marketplace. You'll lead technical initiatives to improve product quality and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Work with a modern Symfony and cloud-native stack in a hybrid setup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical initiatives to improve product quality
• Partner with Product to align engineering decisions with roadmap
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver features
• Take ownership of engineering decisions for major topics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional backend development experience
• Proficiency in PHP/Symfony framework
• Experience with relational databases like MariaDB or PostgreSQL
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English

• Experience with ElasticSearch or Snowflake
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
