💼 About This Role

You'll drive downstream strategy and execution for U.S. marketing and VTE education initiatives within a target region. You'll partner with sales management and the sales force to connect carepath initiatives to physician and administrative customers across the care path. This role involves managing cross-functional coalitions and driving VTE program optimization across a multi-state geography.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as regional VTE care path expert driving program solutions
• Analyze care path gaps and develop education initiatives
• Manage account education initiatives throughout project lifecycle
• Identify and develop care path KOLs and organize regional events

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience in program development or medical device field
• Experience developing and executing strategic customer initiatives
• Program Management, especially LEAN Sigma experience
• Ability to travel 80% or more (U.S.) with overnight stays
