💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial and transaction data at a fintech startup. You'll work at the intersection of payments, finance, and operations, reconciling high-volume transaction data across internal systems and banking partners. This role is key to identifying discrepancies and solving operational problems at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily transaction reconciliation between internal systems, payment gateways, and banking partners.
• Identify and investigate transaction mismatches and settlement discrepancies.
• Monitor settlement reports, refund flows, and chargeback records.
• Build and maintain recon reports and operational dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in reconciliation or payment operations.
• Strong understanding of transaction reconciliation processes (bank, wallet, gateway).
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience investigating transaction mismatches and financial discrepancies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or payments companies.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction.
• Exposure to UPI ecosystem or NPCI processes.
