๐ผ About This Role
You'll own and evolve Picogrid's brand marketing from strategy to execution, building brand awareness in the defense ecosystem. You'll lead campaigns, content, social media, and physical presence as a hands-on team of one. This role has a clear path to building and leading a team as the function grows.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and evolve Picogrid's brand position, identity, and voice across all channels.
- Develop and execute brand and media campaigns to build awareness and credibility.
- Own social media strategy and execution, growing audience and engagement.
- Build physical presence including billboards, print ads, and posters.
- Work cross-functionally to align brand with product launches and press moments.
๐ Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in brand marketing owning significant campaigns.
- Comfortable being a team of one who can think strategically and execute.
- Strong point of view on brand in a noisy defense community.
- Ability to flex between strategic and tactical, creative and analytical.
- Excited to build and eventually hire and lead a brand team.
โจ Nice to Have
- Track record of executing creative or guerrilla marketing campaigns beyond traditional channels.
- Prior experience marketing defense or national security products.
