You'll lead Waabi's Hardware V&V team to scale verification and validation for autonomous trucks and robotaxis. You will oversee compliance testing and certification with automotive standards.

• Strategically scale HW V&V capability for rapid market growth.

• Oversee functional tests and performance evaluations on hardware prototypes.
• Manage compliance testing and certification with automotive standards.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in a HW V&V role.
• 5+ years in a HW V&V leadership role.
• Bachelor's of Science in Engineering.
• Deep understanding of automotive DV/PV and PPAP process.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OEMs, Tier 1 & 2 suppliers.
• Knowledge of AEC standards.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment.
