You'll manage a portfolio of low-touch/tech-touch clients, ensuring seamless delivery and high satisfaction through proactive engagement. You'll own issue resolution and escalation management while identifying expansion opportunities to drive measurable business outcomes. This role is fully remote and part of a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage client health metrics and preemptively improve retention
• Own resolution of client satisfaction issues from identification to closure
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and pass qualified leads
• Host regional or multilingual webinars for product updates and training

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years in Client Success, Account Management, or related roles
• Reading, writing, and speaking fluency in English
• Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics dashboards
• Experience in escalation management across multiple stakeholders

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or consulting environments
• Understanding of contact center operations, AI solutions, or analytics
