🎯 What You'll Do

• Source residential properties through prospecting, research, and referrals
• Analyze property investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps)
• Negotiate and secure purchase contracts with sellers
• Collaborate with Sales Agents for fast, efficient transactions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in residential real estate, wholesaling, fix-and-flip, or property management
• Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain)
• Skilled negotiator and communicator who builds trust quickly
• Comfortable making fast, data-driven decisions
