🎯 What You'll Do
- Source residential properties through prospecting, research, and referrals
- Analyze property investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps)
- Negotiate and secure purchase contracts with sellers
- Collaborate with Sales Agents for fast, efficient transactions
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years in residential real estate, wholesaling, fix-and-flip, or property management
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain)
- Skilled negotiator and communicator who builds trust quickly
- Comfortable making fast, data-driven decisions
