  • Provide actionable feedback to improve team quality.
  • Identify patterns and gaps, sharing insights with QA Manager.

  • Experience in quality assurance or related field.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with high accuracy standards.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to operate autonomously.
