Description

As a Starlink Customer Success Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, overseeing onboarding, account management, and retention. You'll ensure contract fulfillment, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive process improvements to scale solutions across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
  • 3+ years consulting or project management experience
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role
  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for enterprise customers from contract signature to onboarding, account management, and retention/growth
  • Support customers requiring unique Starlink products for industries like trucking, oil and gas, etc.
  • Define, standardize, and streamline processes to enable scalable custom solutions
  • Deliver impeccable customer service and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collect and champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development
