Description
As a Starlink Customer Success Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, overseeing onboarding, account management, and retention. You'll ensure contract fulfillment, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive process improvements to scale solutions across the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
- 3+ years consulting or project management experience
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for enterprise customers from contract signature to onboarding, account management, and retention/growth
- Support customers requiring unique Starlink products for industries like trucking, oil and gas, etc.
- Define, standardize, and streamline processes to enable scalable custom solutions
- Deliver impeccable customer service and resolve issues efficiently
- Collect and champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development
