🎯 What You'll Do

• Contact agency partners to fill open therapist capacity daily
• Identify and convert near-term visit opportunities through outreach
• Manage service barriers and resolve issues with internal teams
• Track capacity fill rates and report weekly growth metrics

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in inside sales or account development
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
• Strong outbound communication skills for agency relationships
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Healthcare staffing or home health experience
• Experience with volume-based targets
