You'll provide first- and second-level support for technology issues across workstations, servers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software. Your work will ensure seamless IT operations for a fast-growing industrial enterprise and directly impact team productivity. This role offers the chance to implement and maintain internal systems while supporting disaster recovery solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle first- and second-level support requests for all technology.
• Implement and maintain internal systems and network infrastructure.
• Perform system documentation of maintenance and upgrades.
• Visit job sites and branch offices to coordinate services as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, networking (DHCP, TCP/IP, NAT).
• Experience with LAN/PC administration (AD, GPO, O365, backup/restore).
• Basic to advanced technical support for WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with remote access solutions: VPN, Office 365, Egnyte, Autodesk Cloud Connect.
• Knowledge of Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, SQL, SharePoint.
• Experience with remote monitoring and management systems.
