💼 About This Role

You'll work as an RBT at MeBe while enrolling in our Candidate Program to become a BCBA. You'll provide play-filled, research-based care for children with autism. This role offers free supervised fieldwork hours and a supportive community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Collect data on client progress
• Assist with scoring assessments (VBMAPP, EFL, etc.)
• Participate in parent training sessions

📋 Requirements

• Previous RBT experience
• MeBe employee as an RBT
• Pursuing career as BCBA
• Enrolled in BCBA program within 3 months

• TRICARE certification
