Description

You will apply analytics engineering expertise to solve complex clinical and business problems, designing scalable data models and pipelines in dbt to power clinical program reporting and insights. You'll partner with clinical leaders and stakeholders to translate workflows into intuitive data models, own KPI definitions end-to-end, and integrate AI/ML use cases into the analytics stack.

Requirements

• 3-4 years in data analytics and analytics engineering
• Expert-level SQL and statistical programming (Python, R)
• Expert-level DBT proficiency
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and cloud data warehouses (Redshift or Snowflake)
• Experience in dimensional modeling and star/snowflake schemas

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable dbt data models and pipelines for clinical program reporting
• Partner with clinical leaders and analysts to translate program workflows into intuitive data models
• Build curated data marts and semantic layers for self-serve analytics on clinical programs
• Own KPI and metric definitions end-to-end, ensuring consistency and trust in reporting
• Implement automated data validation and quality checks for high data reliability
