๐ผ About This Role
You'll serve as the primary account manager for agents joining Compass, ensuring they adopt Compass technology and delivering a world-class experience. You'll manage the office appearance, support marketing needs, and partner with onboarding teams. This role is 100% in-office in Bellingham.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and manage office mail and supplies
- Support agents via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Conduct 1:1 training and group sessions on Compass tools
- Create marketing collateral from templates and liaise with specialists
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in customer service, training, or office management
- Ability to work in-office during standard hours
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
โจ Nice to Have
- Previous experience in real estate
- Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
- Experience with live or remote training
