You'll serve as the primary account manager for agents joining Compass, ensuring they adopt Compass technology and delivering a world-class experience. You'll manage the office appearance, support marketing needs, and partner with onboarding teams. This role is 100% in-office in Bellingham.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests and manage office mail and supplies
  • Support agents via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Conduct 1:1 training and group sessions on Compass tools
  • Create marketing collateral from templates and liaise with specialists

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in customer service, training, or office management
  • Ability to work in-office during standard hours
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in real estate
  • Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
  • Experience with live or remote training
