💼 About This Role

You'll join the Tech Delivery team to create conditions for teams to deliver value through collaboration and continuous improvement. You'll facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage workflow, and coach teams to remove blockers. This role offers a chance to shape delivery practices at a growing fitness brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Support team in estimating, forecasting, tracking, and delivering priorities.
• Oversee daily workflow from backlog to delivery using flow metrics.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies.

📋 Requirements

• Strong facilitation skills for effective ceremonies and workshops.
• Excellent communication for technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, forecast, and track work using delivery metrics.
• Proven stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, and Business.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile scaling frameworks.
• Background in e-commerce or retail tech.
• Certification as CSM or PSM.
