Description

You will own and advance the end-to-end forecasting capability, building rigorous driver-based models, driving AI and automation adoption, leading forecasting cycles, and delivering strategic insights across the diagnostics business in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or quantitative field; Master's preferred
• 8-12+ years experience in Forecasting, Demand Planning, or Analytics in diagnostics, healthcare, biotech, or comparable data-intensive industry
• Deep expertise in statistical forecasting and machine learning methods for demand forecasting
• Proficiency in Python or R for model development and automation
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms and BI tools

Responsibilities

• Design and improve driver-based volume forecast models integrating trends, pipeline, seasonality, and market intelligence
• Select and apply statistical and machine learning forecasting methodologies (e.g., ARIMA, exponential smoothing, ensemble/ML)
• Drive AI and automation adoption across forecasting; replace manual processes with scalable pipelines
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to assess impact of market changes and initiatives
