Description

You will work with large-scale language models to improve their Korean language capabilities by testing and documenting errors in grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances. Your expertise will help train AI to better understand and generate Korean.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Korean language, linguistics, or closely related field
• Deep knowledge of Korean grammar, syntax, morphology, phonetics, semantics, and pragmatics
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or linguistic analysis projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Challenge language models on Korean grammar, syntax, morphology, phonetics, semantics, and pragmatics
• Document model failure modes in areas like honorifics, sentence structure, verb conjugation, and regional dialects
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
