You'll review clinical information for OASIS and ICD-10 coding accuracy using Medicare PDGM billing model and CMS guidelines. Your work directly impacts Medicare compliance and revenue integrity. This fully remote role offers a quarterly bonus opportunity based on department metrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review OASIS for clinical accuracy and ICD-10 coding compliance
• Communicate OASIS edit recommendations to clinicians
• Perform final review and lock OASIS documents
• Prevent Medicare denials by ensuring proper coding and documentation

📋 Requirements

• COS-C, HCS-O, or COQS OASIS certification
• HCS-D or BCHH-C home health coding certification
• 1+ year experience in OASIS review and coding
• Pass coding quiz during interview process
