You'll support EMEA customers by resolving technical issues with Formlabs 3D printers via phone, email, and chat. You'll lead remote diagnosis of hardware and software problems and become an educator for customers and resellers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support customers and partners with technical inquiries via phone, email, chat
• Lead remote diagnosis of hardware, firmware, and software issues
• Train customers and resellers on printer operation
• Manage complex technical escalations end-to-end

📋 Requirements

• Business fluency in German and English
• STEM degree
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical support
• Excellent phone communication and writing skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with 3D printing
• Master's degree in an engineering discipline
• Familiarity with CAD or slicing software
