Description

You will support the technology experience of Maddox employees and partners within Odoo ERP and other business systems. Your work enables colleagues to perform tasks with speed and efficiency, helping the company purchase, recondition, and sell industrial transformers. You'll respond to support requests, troubleshoot failures, manage access, and coordinate with external partners.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and chat
• Experience engaging with customers of all technical backgrounds
• Skilled in managing external vendor relationships
• Strong systems thinking and proactive self-starter
• Comfortable triaging and resolving complex business problems across multiple contexts

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal user support requests and resolve issues timely
• Provide users with system access and troubleshoot software/hardware failures
• Coordinate with external support and development partners
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities in business systems
• Manage change control and access control initiatives
