Description

You will manage tactical supplier quality activities, eliminate vendor-caused defects, and improve supply chain reliability for Starlink. You'll own non-conformances, drive corrective actions, and partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality parts and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or quality (or bachelor's in engineering or supply chain)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical requirements
• Experience reading engineering drawings including GD&T
• Knowledge of supplier quality processes and quality management systems

Responsibilities

• Improve issue ticket landscape and vendor performance
• Manage non-conformances at vendors, IQC, and production
• Improve quality management processes and vendor performance
• Manage containment, receiving, and precision inspection non-conformances
• Provide technical support onsite at suppliers to ensure part reliability
