💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary test crew member to safely execute on-water sea and air trials of prototype and production Seagliders. You'll plan and execute envelope expansion for this new category of wing-in-ground-effect craft. You'll help write the playbook from scratch at startup speed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure safe execution of on-water sea trials and demonstrations
• Operate vehicle for envelope expansion and first flight events
• Develop test cards, risk assessments, and schedules
• Build crew procedures, checklists, and training materials

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a test pilot or in developmental flight testing
• Strong foundation in engineering or related technical discipline
• Knowledge of novel vehicle operations and risk mitigation
• Experience with aircraft or boat handling and test planning

• Experience with wing-in-ground-effect craft
• Startup mindset and ability to build processes from scratch
• Relocation to Rhode Island and travel for demonstrations
