You'll join a three-person quantitative pod building pricing algorithms and auction mechanisms for a healthcare marketplace. Your models will directly shape supply-demand dynamics and metric definitions across the company. This role offers ownership over quantitative infrastructure from prototype to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy pricing algorithms for a two-sided marketplace
• Build auction mechanisms to shape supply-demand interactions
• Develop attendance and reliability models for worker-workplace matching
• Construct experiment frameworks and run causal investigations on metric movements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (economics, statistics, engineering, math) or equivalent experience
• Experience building and deploying quantitative models in applied or research settings
• Comfort querying data directly with SQL or equivalent
• Experience designing and analyzing controlled experiments

✨ Nice to Have

• PhD in economics, econometrics, operations research, statistics, or engineering
• Track record of taking models from whiteboard to production
• Background in quant finance, economic consulting, or marketplace work
