💼 About This Role

You'll lead branch operations and inside sales for EquipmentShare's Milwaukee rental facility, combining sales execution with P&L ownership. You'll drive account development and inventory management while building a high-performing team. This role offers a chance to transform the construction industry with innovative technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own inbound and outbound inside sales via phone, email, and counter.
• Prospect and develop new accounts among contractors and industrial customers.
• Oversee daily branch operations including inventory, ordering, and fulfillment.
• Manage branch P&L: revenue, margin, costs, and reporting.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales and account growth in industrial/construction supply.
• Experience leading branch or distribution operations with inventory management.
• P&L ownership or direct financial accountability in a prior role.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP/order management systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience at Fastenal, Grainger, White Cap, or similar distributor.
• Existing contractor or industrial customer relationships in Milwaukee market.
• Experience with managed inventory or vending programs.
