🎯 What You'll Do

• Issue and manage purchase orders with GL coding and workflow routing.
• Solicit quotations and negotiate terms with vendors.
• Monitor supply inventory and analyze usage for purchasing needs.
• Track project expenditures against budgets and drive corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 5 years of general work experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems like Netsuite and Coupa.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Coupa implementation.
• Multi-language document handling (Spanish, Dutch, etc.).
• Experience in data center or telecom industry.
