💼 About This Role

You'll lead business technology enablement for a leading independent appliance retailer in Western Canada. You will bridge business leadership and technology platforms, driving measurable business outcomes and long-term value creation through ERP, CRM, analytics, and data platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own business enablement for enterprise platforms including Dynamics 365 and future CRM
• Drive adoption, behavioral change, and process discipline for new system capabilities
• Lead CRM strategy and implementation, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Oversee prioritization, sequencing, dependencies, and change capacity for enablement projects

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation or technology enablement
• Proven experience owning or enabling enterprise platforms like ERP or CRM, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Demonstrated success driving enterprise-wide change management and adoption initiatives

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Experience with predictive analytics and AI initiatives
• Familiarity with data governance and business intelligence tools
