Description
You will architect the retention and expansion engine for ShareGate, leading a team of managers and building an AI-augmented playbook to drive growth. You'll design the multi-product cross-sell strategy and operationalize scalable structures to achieve $100M+ ARR.
Requirements
- Experience leading account management teams at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of driving retention and expansion at scale
- Strategic thinker with operational excellence
- Experience in multi-product or platform expansion motions preferred
- Familiarity with AI automation in sales and customer success
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of two Account Management and Renewal managers
- Build the first version of an AI-augmented expansion playbook
- Design the multi-product cross-sell strategy for Protect and Backup
- Operationalize account planning and automated SMB motions
- Partner with Product and RevOps to reduce churn and identify wallet share opportunities
