💼 About This Role

You'll own complex hardware and system design for Starlink ground station antennas, from conceptual design through high-volume production and deployment. Your work will optimize cost, complexity, and quality for the world's largest satellite constellation. This role combines design, analysis, and hands-on manufacturing in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own hardware from conceptual design through high-volume production and deployment
• Rapidly iterate on designs, analysis, and test to inform system trades
• Develop design criteria and drive system-level optimization
• Establish efficient product lifecycle balancing cost, complexity, and quality

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and testing hardware
• Experience with CAD and/or finite element analysis (FEA) software

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing and testing RF or antenna hardware
• Experience with high-reliability hardware development
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing methods, and surface treatments
