You'll lead the internal portfolio for an assigned book of business, partnering with Account teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure operational and financial health. Your core impact will be driving high-quality work delivery that balances client and agency economics. You'll also mentor a multi-skilled team of Project Managers while driving operational excellence across the business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Account teams to manage client expectations and communication
• Assess resource needs and ensure appropriate staffing alignment
• Develop and oversee risk mitigation plans for complex engagements
• Manage portfolio budgets and communicate financial risks to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in healthcare advertising or agency
• Experience leading large-scale, integrated multi-channel programs
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing project management teams
• Proficiency with project management tools and resource management systems

• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical communications agency
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
