Description

You will engage with customers throughout the lifecycle of the Striim Platform, partnering with a Technical Account Manager to drive onboarding, solution architecture, and technical enablement. This hands-on role requires deep Oracle DBA expertise to guide customers in real-time data integration and optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, etc.)
• 5+ years hands-on Oracle DBA experience
• Experience with Oracle performance tuning, high availability, CDC/replication
• Knowledge of Oracle RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate
• Must be based in Continental US

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers with learning, strategy, enablement, and implementation guidance
• Lead customer technical teams to implement best practices and drive enterprise adoption
• Support transition from pre-sales prototypes to post-sales production scale
• Conduct periodic health checks to ensure operational excellence
• Act as Oracle subject matter expert, advising on architecture and performance
