Description

You will work on the Care Delivery product vertical, building and integrating products that span the clinician and operational lifecycle. You'll drive projects from early brainstorming through design, execution, and iteration, collaborating with engineers, PMs, and clinical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years building scalable engineering solutions across the stack
• Experience with Python-based web frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI)
• Experience building operational and workflow management systems
• Proactive ownership mindset and belief in automated testing and CI/CD
• Interest in coaching/mentoring junior engineers

Responsibilities

• Build and own clinician and operations facing products end-to-end
• Craft scalable, flexible products and code balancing speed and scalability
• Actively contribute to engineering processes, culture, and systems
• Analyze complex technical problems and architect solutions
• Review code and collaborate on technical decisions
