Requirements

• 3+ years production experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with GCP (preferred) or other public cloud
• Proficient in Python or Go for tooling development
• Deep understanding of cluster management, including upgrades without downtime
• Hands-on experience with pod security, network policies, and resource optimization

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Kubernetes clusters in production 24x7
• Develop custom tooling using Python or Go
• Design and implement infrastructure as code with Terraform
• Make architecture decisions between cloud-managed vs self-hosted solutions on GCP
• Optimize resource usage and cluster configurations
