You will diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, perform scheduled maintenance and factory recalls, and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service. This role is critical to delivering a no-hassle, better car buying experience for our customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop
• Foundational knowledge of automotive systems
• ASE certifications preferred; OEM-specific training a plus
• Proven diagnostic and repair skills using diagnostic software and tools
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using specialized tools
• Execute repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and more per manufacturer specs
• Perform scheduled maintenance and factory recall campaigns accurately and efficiently
• Document services and communicate findings to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and foster continuous learning
